[CPWG] Some Useful Doc about Decentralized DNS

Thank you David,

Note that I've attached the local use to IOT and the   devices  that are in
most cases used locally.  I also think that the use of DNS based on
Blockchain will be useful for CCTLD.

For the rest of your email I totally agree with you and the point you have
mentioned is one of the reason that push me to start this discussion, and
we are  here to learn from each others how usel are   this claimed new
("old" to repeat the term used by Sebastian during CPWG  call )
technologies.
