[CPWG] Are Blockchain Domains within the Mission of ICANN - WAS RE: Questions to the board about distributed DNS

It's good you brought this about. Been thinking this for a while. In
addition to that, i have been wondering what ICANN's stand regarding Web
3.0 in general is.?
