[CPWG] Hijacked subdomains of major brands used for spamming

The bigger question is, how do you prevent technology from being used for criminal activity? And while that question is simple, the answer is very complex. 

Currently, regardless of what the cybercrime is, crime pays and that is a big problem and possibly the root of the problem.
