Understood Milton. In fact I sincerely believe that if the NTIA or the
ICANN Board has a problem with our current proposal then they should send
an email to Grace for registration as "participants" of the CWG and then
deliberate with us at an equal footing; or otherwise send their comments in
the public comments period.
