[CWG-Stewardship] Questions for "Outside Counsel"? --REPLIES REQUESTED

Hi,

A while it is after the deadline, considerations I would recommend we
check is,

- what is the lightest weight legal arrangement that could fulfill the
requirements for holding the contract in 'trust' for the MRT.

- are some jurisdictions more hospitable to the sort of legal
arrangement that is being suggested than others.
