[CWG-Stewardship] FW: CWG Comment Letter - PTI Governance Documents

I forward the governance documents from Sidley. We have reviewed the documents earlier at a CWG call and Sidley and ICANN legal have worked together on the text. The aim is to sign off the comment letter and documents at the call later today.
