All,

I am forwarding a revised version of the Community Agreement, prepared
primarily by the IETF Trust's counsel.  Please reply if you have any
further comments on this draft.  Please note that everyone (including the
CWG) will have the opportunity to comment during the Public Comment period,
which is set to begin *Thursday*.

The major open issue is the entity that will be the signatory for the names
community.  It would be good to resolve this, even provisionally, so that
it may part of the document when sent out for public comment.
