[CWG-Stewardship] IANA IPR Documents in Word and PDF

All,

Here are versions in Word as well as PDF.  Other than one change to the
Assignment (mentioned below) and some yellow highlighting, these are
identical to those distributed earlier --  so if you have begun your review
of these documents there's no need to start over.

Can we get Word documents as well as the PDFs?  I expect to get this
request from people in the CWG, and I'd rather be able to meet it than say
