Hello,

I do expect that the appointing organization should have a higher(definite)
say in her appointee. Hence, i think the requirement should just be stated
as a "compelling" expectation from the appointing org and not as a
compulsion to them. A rewording similar to below may be appropriate:

"Its expected that appointees to the RZERC would have general understanding
of the ICANN Root Zone, and will adequately represent their respective
appointing organization's particular interest.
