Thanks, Rubens, this aligns with staff's experience. Please note we use phone bridge services to provide access to those who cannot join via VoIP and for transcription purposes, not to provide the MP3 (although it is something that is actually cheaply provided by phone bridge service providers).

All of this can be with already in-use software (Adobe Connect) and open-source software available for all major platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux), VLC.
I hope this can be used to bust the myth that recordings require expensive phone bridge services.
