[Gnso-dmpm-wg] DMPM - WG Chair

Jonathan has my support (as was no doubt obvious to those of you on the
call) to step up to the roll of Chair...

This leaves of course 2 of our existing Vice Chairs (VC), Olivier and Rudi
still serving and there is no question of the benefits of that.

Now as to the possibility of bringing in another 3rd VC I am fairly
ambivalent on this but if someone wants to step up fine...

The reason for my ambivalence is that as we also pointed out during the
last call it is very likely that as we split up into the future Sub Teams
for various sections each of these will need leadership as well not that
being a VC is either required or mutually exclusive...
