[Gnso-dmpm-wg] DMPM - WG Chair

+1 at Jonathan.
I also support an experienced person as Jonathan. I would like to
remain one of the vice-chair of this WG; I'm also vice-chair for
Policy 1 implementationn WG. I'm from NPOC.
