My name is Joseph Yee and am one of the three members representing the
Registries Stakeholder Group (RySG). I'm technical account manager at
Donuts (joined from Afilias) and I'm based in Toronto, Canada (UTC -4 now).
I participated in the ICANN IDN TLD Variant Issues case studies (Chinese
Variant, Integrated Issues) in 2011 and I was the co-chair of IETF working
group Email Address Internationalization (EAI) in IETF where the group
developed standards on enabling native Unicode characters in email
addresses for both user name part and domain name part.
Looking forward to working with everyone.
