Thank you for pointing this out! It should be Q4 instead. A draft question was removed but the question number wasn't updated. Now it is fixed.

    However, there does not seem to be a Q5 if I haven't missed it. Or is 
    this the standard way to denote that the questionnaire ends in this case?
    Or maybe you wanted to put "PROCEED TO Q4" instead. After all, I think 
    it makes sense to ask the question "What factors may affect your 
    decision to request activating allocatable variant label(s)?" also to 
    those people that answered "no" or "don't know" to the first question.
