Hi,

I am Amr Elsadr, and am one of the NCSG representatives on this team. My background is in healthcare, but have worked most of my career in telemedicine and e-health solutions for healthcare providers and patients. I am currently consulting on hospital information system designs, mainly focused on mapping of information infrastructure as part of the design process.

I’ve been involved with ICANN since 2009, and during that time have been involved in a few WHOIS-related efforts including the “thick” WHOIS PDP and IRT, as well as the translation and transliteration of contact information PDP (concerned with internationalized registration data) and IRT. I represented the NCSG on the GNSO Council between 2015 and 2017, and served on the ICANN Policy Staff team in 2017 supporting the GNSO, during which time I assisted in supporting the RDS PDP.

Thanks.

Amr

Please select a member of your group to speak for all of you. I have also asked that each member send in a brief “bio” (2-4 sentences) that we can post in the team wiki pages. (We have received one so far.)

I have sat through many meetings that start late, calculating the combined hourly rate of attendees waiting for the meeting to start. Thanks in advance for making your best efforts here. I certainly understand you have professional matters that must be addressed and might delay your entry from time to time.
