Hi everyone, I am Julf (formally "Johan", but prefer Julf) Helsingius,
and I have been involved with developing and running (and developing
policies for) networks connected to the Internet since 1985 or so. I
feel the right to privacy is a crucial human right, and I did run one
of the first  popular pseudonym servers, anon.penet.fi, in the 90's.
I am currently the chairman of the board at BaseN, an IoT operator.
I have served on the GNSO council, and I am currently serving as the
GNSO liaison to the GAC.
