Dear Kavouss,

As Kurt is away from his desk for the moment, I am taking the liberty to respond to your question. 

The topics for phase 2 are outlined in the EPDP Team's charter (see mind map attached). In addition, the EPDP Team has recommended that a number of issues are further considered in phase 2. These recommendations will first need to be considered and approved by the GNSO Council. Furthermore, the Charter foresees that before phase 2 commences, the GNSO Council needs to provide non-objection. It is the expectation that the Council will consider that in conjunction with the Final Report for phase 1, but that is in their hands so the exact timing is not known yet.

    At different occasions and in various recommendations reference is made to Phase II OR to further review of the case in question.
    May I respectfully request you and the supporting secretariat to make a formal list in which these cases as outlined above are clearly mentioned and any course of action to be taken in the meantime until they are adequately addressed and approved
    Moreover, asI mentioned in my earlier message the timing of phase two and the associated transitional arrangements together with a clear indication the course of action and the associated procedure to be used in the meantime
