I had two take-aways:


  *   Compliance wasn’t enforcing this stuff in the past
  *   Per Table 1, they aren’t enforcing RDAP stuff either

So what is the relevance to our work here? Our work is set to replace whois, not improve it. One could even argue that WHOIS is already dead in accordance with the terms of the RAA since ICANN already has mandated RDAP as replacement protocol.
