Volker, Team,

Happy and productive 2020 to all! Look forward working further as a Team to finalize the policy proposal in the first part of this year. 

The deadline was agreed by the team in one of the last meetings of 2019 with good knowledge of thevholiday period. Nobody raised an issue with deadline of comments. 
Being on vacation myself this week, I fully understand the pain. But we made commitment when volunteered to be on the Team. 
That said, the agenda for the next call is out and we will take stock on submitted comments. If any will be missing, they will be incorporated as soon as received. 
I hope that in the remaining 3 weeks before our f2f meeting we will make an effort to prepare it as good as we can.
