[Gnso-epdp-team] IPC/BC/RySG and others: requesting an extension on can't live with items

I would urge all sides to give some deep thought to the question of whether
inserting substantive "can't lives" at the eleventh hour is still a good
faith move. For any such points that have been previously agreed by all
groups, please also consider if your can't live has a snowballs chance in
the sahara to be even remotely acceptable to the rest of the community and
if raising it is a good use of the limited amount of time we have available
or will just waste all of our time.

That said, if the report can be improved by common sense clarifications and
little tweaks that can be accepted by all, then that is a good use of our
time. Much better in fact than another round of accuracy or legal/natural.

Best,
