Good session today!

I understand that tomorrow we start from item 3 of the agenda included below. I think we will need to have good time management if we want to cover all blocks, and I would suggest that we display the agenda at the beginning, with times allocated for each block, so if we need to close the discussion of one block to go to the next, it will not seem arbitrary.

My thanks to you all for the great suggestions. These public sessions are coming together nicely. Based upon your feedback thus far, the proposed session structure is as follows:

1.  Brief background to the Facilitated Dialogue: Invitation from the Board and Framing the Issue - Mary
2.  Introduction to the Facilitated Dialogue: Introduction of participants & explanation of the process - Melissa & Participants
        - Opportunity for participants to comment on the process and approach, as well as for observer questions
3.  Presentation of the Draft Framework - Melissa & Participants
        - Move block by block through the Draft Framework, staff to introduce the substance and participants to complement where they see fit
        - Each block will allow for observer questions and discussion
4.  Additional community questions and feedback

If you agree upon this approach, we will pick up the second session where we left off in the first.

Are we in agreement or do you have further refinement?
