Mike,

Thank you very much for the helpful suggestion to create a Google doc where WG members can add their conflicts so we can better plan our recurring meetings.   We’ll also update the poll to expand it to include another time slot in the hope that it might provide increased availability for APAC time zones among others.

Staff will send the links to the updated poll and the Google doc shortly.

@julie @devan - rather than trying to extract information from the mailing list, we can set up a shared document that will allow people to indicate when they are NOT available [due to the IGF / holidays etc] and we can try combine that with the Doodle results.

My hope is that we can at least get some momentum in the next few weeks and agreement on our approach and working methodology, so we can start the substantive work as soon as possible [certainly shortly after 1 January but even better if we can start before that].

Dear WG members,

As noted in my welcome message, please complete the options in the poll to indicate your availability at each time slot/day for a recurring meeting every two weeks – not just for the kick-off meeting.  So, for example:

If you select Thursday, 17 November at 1500 UTC, then we will assume you are available also on Thursday, 01 December at 1500 UTC, and so on.
If you select Monday, 21 November at 1500 UTC then we will assume you are available also on Monday, 05 December at 1500 UTC, and so on.

However, we realize that some of you may not be able to find recurring options in this poll.  If that is the case, please let us know by sending us a note on this list.
