Mike has a conflict for the currently scheduled ICANN77 time slot for GGP so we are in the process of trying to find a time earlier in the week.  We’ll alert you as soon as we do.

Thanks Julie. It would be really appreciated if we could have some information before the Weds meeting. It is just that this week's CPWG meeting session is at a time that I can attend to report to the WG. The session next week is at 3am which is a very inconvenient time when I have a day job as well, and Sarah takes the reporting role for that session.

But the timing proposed for our meeting @ICANN77 is also very unfortunately placed. The last session of all ICANN meetings is when At-Large holds its At-Large Leadership wrap up session - which is traditionally attended too by our Board members and the CEO.  Sarah and I, as ALAC members, would be expected to attend that At-Large session. There was no prior consultation. Is there any way this could be changed?

I am not Julie H or Mike but I have the answer re: ICANN77 f2f GGP meeting. There will be a GGP f2f during ICANN77. Currently on the schedule for Thursday, 15 June at 15:30-17:00 local time.

Hi Julie and Mike

I wondered if there was a face to face session for the GGP @ICANN77? We are organising our At-Large schedule and I would appreciate knowing where this might be organised within the ICANN schedule.

Also, I was hoping that we would have an update on the formatting of our guidance following the new model today or tomorrow so that Sarah and I can present something to the CPWG meeting on Weds morning. A two week break seems such a long time when we have such a short timeframe before ICANN77.
