[GNSO-GGP-WG] April GGP WG Meetings

The meeting times are currently 5am and 10am for me. I am finding them very
civilised actually and great that we have a rotation.

I spent from March 2016 - Sept 2019 on the Auction Proceeds Working group
(before rotating times), and the meeting time was 2am for me (for 3 years!)
