[GNSO-GGP-WG] [Ext] Re: April GGP WG Meetings

Hi Lawrence and Rafik,

Thank you for your requests. We realize that even with the time rotation the meeting times may be difficult for some WG members to accommodate, but the disparate time zones reflected in this group make it impossible for us to find times that suit everyone unfortunately. We suggest keeping the 1500/2000 UTC rotation for now and we can always revisit it in future if there is agreement in the WG to do so.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,
Julie

Am seriously struggling to keep up with a 20:00UTC timebelt, moving further by an hour is not supported.

Hi Julie,

No objection from me. But is it possible to change the slot from 20:00 to 21:00 UTC?

Best,

Rafik

Dear WG members,

The GGP Applicant Support WG Chair and staff suggest that in order to ensure that we follow our Work Plan the WG should go to weekly 60-minute meetings beginning in two weeks on Monday, 10 April. If need be, we can continue this schedule beyond April, but for scheduling purposes we will focus on getting the calendar invites out for April as follows:

Monday, 10 April at 1500 UTC

Monday 17 April at 2000 UTC

Monday 24 April at 1500 UTC

Unless there are any objections, the GNSO Secretariat will send out the calendar invites tomorrow, 28 March. Please let the Secretariat know at gnso-secs at icann.org<mailto:gnso-secs at icann.org> if you cannot attend any of the meetings at the above dates and times.

Kind regards,

Steve and Julie
