Hello all,
Even though the Red Cross is an INGO it has some special protections similar to the INGOs, and we must remember that this all started with a request by the GAC of protections for the Red Cross and the International Olympic Committee.
I support inviting the Red Cross too, they had an important intervention in the first working group.
Best regards,

Hi Mary,

I think it should focus on the IGOs. That's why in my original suggestion, I wrote "perhaps we should extend an invitation to the IGO observers (there are a few non-IGOs, e.g. Red Cross)" in order to distinguish the "IGO observers" from the rest of the GAC observers.

But, perhaps others feel differently.

Sincerely,
