Dear George and everyone,

Thanks for your feedback. I should have made it clearer in my initial email
that the material we¹d posted was not necessarily meant as ³homework² for
everyone to complete by today; rather, it¹s a preliminary compilation of
prior research that we hope will assist the WG as it proceeds with its
initial work. As you¹ll see from the Work Plan, we are recommending that the
WG consider the data and research as well as ICANN background work done to
date at an early stage, and so any questions for follow up or need for
additional research or ³gap filling² can be identified as part of that
initial phase. 

For today, we¹ll briefly walk the group through the documents we have found,
as a first step toward assisting with that initial work. I hope that¹s more
clear!
