[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Next AoC WHOIS Review

Dear all

Just to add my 2 cents worth I agree with Michele, Holly and others why
reinvent the wheel. Work on how we can make it better with the requirements
and processes that will make WHOIS what it should be.
