[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Next AoC WHOIS Review

I totally agree with Michele (and others saying the same thing). 

 Just about anyone with an interest/expertise in the Whois issue is on this working group and already spending a lot of their time (apart from meetings) on the issues.  I don’t think there is the bandwidth to do anything else on Whois.  If there is still a belief that something should be done, then it should be after this group completes its work - or at least after Phase One has been completed.  At that stage, it will be clearer if there are any outstanding issues that have not been addressed by this group. Nothing else makes any sense
