	I’d like to echo what others have said - leadership requires ICANN experience. We have a lot of very experienced ICANN people in this group (enough that even though I’ve been a constituency chair and vice-chair of the GNSO and involved with multiple PDP WGs, I feel relatively inexperienced in comparison), many of whom would make great leadership candidates, and luckily some of them have volunteered. 

	But if you are someone without that ICANN experience, please don’t think this means you are not valued, quite the opposite - the ICANN process issues that the leadership will have to deal with are ultimately less important than the many substantive policy issues that this group will have to deal with, and a lack of experience with ICANNs workings should not prevent anyone from making a major contribution there. People that bring policy experience from other fora will be vital, and your willingness to help will be very much appreciated.
