[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] URGENT: babypool GDPR Question

Let's have that discussion when we get to this question. Sufficie it to 
say that in most cases the agreement does not qualify under the current 
requirements for such agreements as in most cases it is not a free and 
informed choice. And we will explain those terms as well, when we get 
there as a group.
