This has not yet been decided.. That is an opinion.
It would be nice to get some feedback during an upcoming poll..

Given the discussions held to date on this committee, at this point in 
time, which of the following is your tentative position, given the 
positions and information presented to date:

[ ] Insufficient evidence provided to warrant a change to whois
[ ] Require more information for an opinion
[ ] Evidence provided to date warrants a change to whois.

Maybe everyone will select item 1, and we can go home with a 'job well 
done'... ;)
