[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Action Item - Questions for Data Commissioners

Hi all,

Looking through the questions it seems question 16 can be improved. As 
it reads now, it might suggest that personal information through the 
WHOIS systems of EU Registries. This is not the case and I think it is 
important that this is clarified for our work.
