[Gnso-ssc] Poll "preview" - EC Admin representative

Dear Emily,

I am not sure how to handle the interaction of questions 1
and 2.

In question 1 we address the GNSO chair, and the questions
assume he/she is either first choice or the alternative
choice - but in question 2 there is the possibility of the
rep being selected from current council leadership - so the
chair is one possibility, but not the only one.

In this case, should one answer "yes" to both choices in
question 1?

Would it be clearer to add a possibility of "the chair is
not special" on question 1?
