[Gnso-ssc] Draft poll for review

Dear Emily:
My comment on registering the endorsement status of the candidate is
settled. I guess the GAC liaison should possess acute listening/decoding
skills for the political nuances that comes with GAC politics and how they
might impact the larger ICANN policy-making infrastructure.  Not sure how
you would telegraph that in a question.
