Sticking with 2 weeks is ok by me, I just suspected that the extension
period overlapping the holidays might have needed more time.

Thank you for checking on the longer extension Julie.

I understand why it would not work out, which turns out to be the same
rationale for the extended extension - those last two weeks of the year are
challenging to schedule things around - with good reason.
