[Gnso-ssc] FW: IRP Standing Panel selection (second GNSO EOI process)

Hello Sophie,

The email from Phillipe is well understood. I hope we get an equally good
person like Heather as a second person to represent the GNSO. I think we
the SSC members can also share the call for the EOI when it is out so we
could get more people to apply.
