[Gnso-ssc] Exiting the SSC as NCSG representative

Dear all,

At the end of the ICANN72, I will no longer be the NCSG representative to
the SSC. I will be taking up my role as the African representative at the
ALAC.

I had a discussion with the NCSG leadership and we came to an amicable
resolution that I should be replaced though I have served only one term.
This was based on a mutual understanding.

Being in the SSC for a year has been a good learning experience for me and
I am happy for the opportunity to serve in the SSC.

I shall be back some other time.
