[GNSO-TPR] Initial Report to be published on 20 June

Seeing no additional comments on the draft questions for community input<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-iMcSboPsoTCHYye_u0uVmaVgNiOP7FKYXkO3FWhY2c/edit>, these questions have been added to the Initial Report, leveraging the edits supported on yesterday’s call.

Please find attached the final revision of the Initial Report in redline and clean versions. This is the version of the report that will be published for public comment on 20 June 2022.
