[GNSO-TPR] Draft Timeline Diagram - Transfer Steps

Dear WG members,

Staff had an action item following our last meeting to produce a visualization the timeline of transfer steps currently, in the draft recommendations in the Initial Report, and in a potential future process in which the Losing FOA is retained. Please see attached.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback during today’s call.
