We would be interested in more details as well. As a brand registrar we would like to know whether domains were registered without claims being sent out and what else was impacted. It would be great to get a formal root cause analysis done.

We noticed that the TMCH outage was fixed shortly after your email. However, we never heard back on this. Could you therefore let us know:
- When the outage was fixed
- What the time span of the outage was (We understand it was at least 10 hours), and when it was noticed by IBM?
- The services that were impacted by the outage?
- Whether there's any mailing list / web panel where we could follow the status of planned and unplanned outages?

we're currently experiencing errors when fetching files from the TMCH. Additionally, our registrars are reporting issues with fetching Claims information. Have i missed a maintenance announcement, or is this an unplanned outage?
When we're trying to fetch the DNL from https://ry.marksdb.org/dnl/dnl-latest.csv , we do get a HTTP 200 OK response, but the file we receive contains:

Same for the SMD revocation list. Since we do not have a production registrar TMCH account, i cannot verify the issue for the claims interface.
Are other registries experiencing similar issues? Has anybody received any notification from either ICANN or the TMCH?
