Thanks Russ,

I didn't receive a whitelist request back in 2015, so I guess you guys 
just went for it and we Registrars just allow a lot of requests ;)  Just 
whitelisted the IP addresses, so good to go there.

On a more serious note, I would be very cautious to use EU registrant 
data  to call and to email. There might be a chance that EU Registrar - 
Registrant  registration agreements do not cover the pilot purposes.
