[gtld-tech] ZFA access to .MTR

I had the same response a few days ago. My request was submitted Sep 1
and it was denied the next day with "This gTLD is only for internal use.
Thanks"

This has been happening for almost a decade with various TLDs. I don't
think ICANN Org cares that much unless you submit a report with
Compliance.
