Since 2014, the ROW series has provided a forum for all industry members, including address/gTLD/ccTLD registries, domain name registrars, resellers, and second level domain registries, to present and discuss technical topics related to real world experiences of implementing registration operations. Past workshops have included discussions focused on Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP), WHOIS, Registry Lock, Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP) and many more (see https://regiops.net/events for further details on previous sessions).

Please submit a short abstract describing your proposal to our NEW ROW email address row at cofomo.com<mailto:row at cofomo.com> by May 19th, 2023.

The Program Committee provides below a non-exhaustive list of broad topics for ROW12 and encourages any discussions/suggestions for additional topics on ROW’s mailing list: regiops at googlegroups.com<mailto:regiops at googlegroups.com>.

*       Registries and DNS Hosting:

   *    RPKI from a registry operator’s perspective
   *    Experience with Universal Acceptance deployments
   *    CDS/CDNSKEY or CSYNC deployment experience
   *    Accommodating third party providers (i.e., not the registrant or registrar themselves)

*       Registries and Internet Ecosystem:

   *    Registry database access
   *    Interaction with Public Safety and Law Enforcement
   *    Regulation, Current or Coming
   *    Implementing Full-scale security, including Routing to Nameservers

*       Registry Industry Coming of Age:

   *    Handling turnover of staff or platform providers, transitioning
   *    Evolving the role of the registry within the Internet economy/environment (meaning, gov’t/others)

   The Program Committee will notify selected authors by May 23rd, 2023. Presentations will be required from selected presenters by June 9th, 2023.
