Hi Raquel,

Yes I thought that it was important to clarify the context in which the
curriculum is being developed. On another note, unrelated to the ICANN
Academy we have been given a one hour slot in Costa Rica to discuss
capacity building which will factor in your comments Raquel which I believe
is critical to develop a gradual understanding by laying the proper
foundation.

I will soon initiate a thread in the At Large Discussion mailing list where
we can explore using webinars for such training. What are your thoughts?
For these webinars we will still need to develop curriculum etc and can
factor in language diversity.
