[ICANN Academy WG] Trainers selection principles

Principles - I do agree that this is a challenge, and one that is essential to gain broad concurrence for. 
I was thinking that principles could rise above specifics of topics or subjects.  I may be wrong, but I was thinking that the Academy would be a totally neutral space, with a strong effort to avoid advancing any point of view, or 'interest'.   However, to be 'content rich' is yet another challenge.
It is also probably important to think about this as a pilot, and I agree that we should understand what topics are the focus, in order to propose 'trainers', even with a set of neutral principles to guide selection.

Sandra told me that you are interested to work on the
trainers selection principles for the SO/AC leadership program due to take
place in Buenos Aires next November. 

  

Do you mind that we think about the issue separately for
a few days and draft a proposal that we discuss by mail till we reach a common
view and propose it to the whole WG. The staff want us to provide the list of
trainers not later than the first week of September. So, can we have till the
end of this week (Friday) to prepare the first draft? 

  

Any other WG member who is interested in participating in
