Hello Sandra and all,

Thanks for the details provided, I strongly recommend that all would be
trainees take part in all modules to happen in the first training, because
in the end the program should promote collaborative learning among peers,
so trainees have to sign up in short to commit to full participation in all
three modules to be eligible for selection. Leaving it open ended with the
assumption that I have X and Y experience hence their is no need to take
part in a particular module will leave other trainees that can benefit from
knowledge of a particular trainee short, because I said earlier the
collaborative learning outcome of the academy is important.

Lastly do we have a TOR for expected Trainers, not sure said I ask.

Regards

Poncelet
