[ICANN Academy WG] PILOT - ICANN Leadership Training Programme in Buenos Aires

Why are we training the folks that are Constituency chairs? That leaves no room for newcomers, and frankly, if a chair doesn't know their (and ICANN stuff) we are electing the wrong people at constituency level.

As with regards to the trainers - this number is not even a proposal. I just put in a number to demonstrate how it effects the overall number of participants. I could have put the number for trainers in any other row. But maybe the way of doing so was confusing.

Dear Sandra, 

many thanks for your comment and I know that trainers and other details are not decided yet. 

My comment was precisely focusing ot the fact that more seats should be consider for the GAC as it is a very large AC, and also several new countries are joining in every meeting. 

This will be for sure the case in an ICANN meeting organized in Latin America as the Buenos Aires one. 

And also for the same reason the comment goes to the trainers assigned to GAC or from GAC.

Dear Olga, as stated in the head of the table these numbers a hypothetical and just serve to show how many seats are available if some participants are in a double role.  

Nor the number of trainers has been decided jet, or from which stakeholder group they are coming from. Only the maximum number of participants (25 incl. trainer) is fixed. Everything else is open for discussion.
