Given the complexity that ICANN has become, some of us 'old-timers' 
/may/ find it helpful to audit some of the training, but priority and 
formal places on the courses HAVE to be given to newcomers and people 
whose roles have SUBSTANTIALLY changed (although even then I'd expect 
someone who'd been coming to ICANN for a couple of years to be a 
self-starter).
