Hi,

I  do not know what other constraints there might be on scheduling, but this is an interesting idea.

One of the things I felt lacking was time for people to follow up on both the OL training  and the face to face sessions with questions and free ranging  conversation.

Having the substantive sessions before the methods sessions would leave people a chance to discuss in their free time as well as perhaps even use some of the topics from the substantive training in the models training - which I understand will have role playing and other assorted exercises.

Then again as I said, the scheduling may be locked by other considerations at this point.
